I made 10 dozen of these little beauties for a Christmas cookie exchange party I’m attending tonight. These are one of my favorite cookies from my childhood. They're soft and moist and they’re SUPER chocolaty. Here’s the recipe:
- Chocolate Crinkles
combine in a mixing bowl:
3 beaten eggs
1.5 cups sugar
4 squares baker's chocolate
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
gradually add:
2 cups all purpose flour
chill 1-2 hours {or overnight if desired}
roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sifted powdered sugar
place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet and bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes
cool on rack
makes 4 dozen
Yum, I love those!
